The concept art for Season 6 of Game of Thrones captures the epic struggle among the noble families of Westeros as they vie for the Iron Throne. This season delves deeper into the complex political maneuvers and intense rivalries, showcasing breathtaking environments and characters that embody the rich storytelling and intricate world-building of the series. Each piece of artwork reflects the high stakes and dramatic tensions that define this pivotal season in the saga.
Our work on this project, led by award-winning production designer Deborah Riley, stands out as one of our largest and most memorable endeavors. We created concept art for 14 unique locations, each meticulously designed to enhance the storytelling of the production. Highlights include the Traveling Theatre stage and backstage in Braavos, the mystical Weirwood tree and the Children of the Forest, the brothel on the Long Bridge of Volantis, the Tower of Joy, the vibrant Dothraki Temple market, gate, and camp, as well as the bustling Braavos Fruit Market, among others.
